Love my CNC. My Piranha works wonderfully. People are in awe of my little projects. My husband likes to tell people that I read a book while running it...(It's true!)

Support is top notch. Problems with the products are rare, but all the techs take the time to educate me as necessary. Best support group ever!!

I've contacted Next Wave's tech support several times and each time I got the help I needed without delay. It's unusual nowadays to have a company provide such support for their customers.

I could not ask for better support, friendly and easy to talk to even for a first time CNC beginner. Questions answered quickly and got me going again. Most recent was how to view and change or delete tool paths that I had downloaded to a USB I did as instructed and I am now able to open and view tool-paths on my USB.

I appreciate the patience that support has for all of us 'newbies'. Thank you.
